Dr. Malak AlBathish is an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, at Beirut Arab University ‎‎(BAU). Her academic career at BAU began in 2016 as a part-time instructor, in 2025 a full-time lecturer, and in 2026 promoted to Assistant Professor. Prior to this, she gained teaching experience at the Lebanese International University-School of Pharmacy, delivering courses in Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry, Quantitative Analysis, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Drug Compounding. Dr. Malak has maintained a strong background as a community pharmacist, integrating between hands-on community pharmacy practice with pharmaceutical research.

Conducting research in the pharmaceutical field being oriented to community service and targeting common pharmaceutical complaints in: -Pharmaceutical Technology -Analytical Method Development &Validation (HPLC, GC, MS, FTIR, TOF-SIMS,…) -Drug Quality Control -GLP
